About Us
The Brand
Quality grains are the base of every spirit. Thousands of years of dedication, have refined the production of alcohol from the monks to the backwoods moonshiners every sip is about pride in a hard days work. The base ingredients are the foundation of every glass of spirit. With generations of knowledge passed down through farming and ranching from Northern Ireland through the temperate climate of Northern Alberta to generations of the Convey family here in the Republic of Texas the brand has stayed the same while passing the understanding that, quality is never to be compromised.
A Family Tradition
The CY family Brand holds it roots in the 5th generation of farming. With the history and knowledge of producing the grains contained within the spirit of every bottle. Only then can a beverage as distinctive as the CY Brand be distilled.
The livestock brand has been passed through the generations so with it was created the Distillery. CY Distillery & Spirits offers Irish Catholic roots that have spread throughout North America from the fertile rolling hills of Alberta to the Gulf Coastal plans of Texas, bringing with it the love of whiskey, strong family values and independence.
Homesteaded here in Guadalupe county; Brent, Tiffany and their Convey family maintain the pride of the CY in every bottle of spirit hand poured from stills on site.

Let us know your local pub, tavern or liquor store and we will assist in making the CY spirits available.

2023 Hot Rod Tour of Texas - April 28,2023 10am till 2pm
300+ cars of all kinds will be through th distillery from 10am to 2 pm April 28th, 2023. We will have food trucks and tastings For both hotroders and guests alike.
